Dr. Morita's core principles include:

Kim received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and DDS degrees from Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC, and is also a graduate of UCLA’s general practice residency program. She is a former member of USC’s part-time faculty in the department of Dental Hygiene, and is currently a part-time member of the clinical faculty at UCSF School of Dentistry.

Dr. Morita earned national academic honors from OKU (Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society) and was recognized by faculty awarded with the Academy of Osseointegration award for outstanding achievement in implant dentistry. She was also the recipient of the Professionalism award in her undergraduate dental hygiene class, which goes to the student which embodies highest ethical and professional standards. She achieved high academic standards being recognized on the Dean’s List Honor Roll in all years of both her undergraduate and graduate education in the dental field.

Dr. Morita is passionate about general dentistry and providing quality care to all her patients. She believes it is important to stay current and is an active member in several dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Mid-Peninsula Dental Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.

Dr. Morita comes from a family of dentistry; both her brother and father are othodontists and share a private practice in her hometown of Honolulu, Hawaii. When Dr. Morita is out of the office, you might find her running through the neighborhoods of Menlo Park and Palo Alto, cycling on Portola Road or visiting the local Farmer’s Market.
